ZARA PERFORMED AT THE CHARITABLE CONCERT

Zara: “No matter the abilities are limited, the talent is endless”

Today in Petersburg within the project “You are unique” there was a charitable concert, held by the famous singer, the owner of the honorable title “The Artist for peace by UNESCO” and the “Disney” Company in Russia and CIS.

The charitable concert was held in the Estrada Theatre named after Arkady Raykin. The visitors could see wonderful pictures, painted by children with different forms of disabilities, in the hall. And a little bit later the most capable of them, but in the other art spheres, could perform on the stage.

“I deal with the children’s problems, connected with physical abilities. They are very talented. These children draw, sculp, sing. I work with them and learn how to be patient, self-controlled, spiritually strong from them and their parents. I think, if I can make their life somehow better, I’ll be happy”, Zara confessed, surrounded by the crowd of her little fans. And she underlined, that she is very thankful to parents and teachers of these children, for their warm attitude and love, which help such children to progress.

Zara told, that her children know well, what charity means. And they treat the children with disabilities very carefully. And if she says, that they need to give a toy to the orphan’s house, they accept this fact with awareness and always understand it right.

As the chief officer of the “Disney” company in Russia and CIS Marina Zhigalova-Ozkan explained, the program “You are unique” is directed to support “special” children. And the program is aimed to show, that a human can be talented despite life circumstances.

“Talented people need to be known. And I’m happy, that supporting the participants of the project, we give every child the opportunity to believe that dreams come true”, Marina Zhigalova-Ozkan underlined.
As a matter of fact, this evening the dreams of many children, whose performances, as Zara’s ones, were accepted by the audience with great applause, came true.

A famous band of gesture singing “Singing hands”, a dancing band “Paradox” from the Admiralty district, directed by Vyacheslav Osipov, a blind girl Polina Shvedova, being a laureate of several singing contests and singing a romance song of Andrey Petrov for the Marina Tsvetaeva verses from the film “Put a word for a poor hussar…” and other young talented children, performed with Zara together on the ground.

At the end of the concert Zara asked children right up on the stage. And each of them, in their own manner and abilities could make a dream come true – to dance with Zara herself.
