ONE DAY WITH THE SINGER ZARA IN VERONA

A blackbrow beauty Zara arrived in Verona for the first time and told InStyle about everything she did on the land of Romeo and Juliet, how the ancient town captivated her and how she managed to stay in its memory.

Many people associate Verona most of all with Romeo and Juliet. I was almost full of Shakespeare’s emotions when I was going to this picturesque place in the northeast of Italy. However, my emotions were not romantic but artistic – I should have performed on Arena di Verona, in a wonderful antique amphitheater on the central square of the city Piazza Bra. It was built about the 30th year A.D for gladiators’ fighting. Now the colleseum deserved to be called a ledgendary concert ground that keeps in memory Maria Kallas, Luciano Pavarotti and other great singers. To perform here is a dream of any artist.
