Zara got success having a role of a dictator in the program “Total dictation”. The singer and actress told she was ready to take part in it again and again.

Zara was honored to read “Total dictation” on one of the most respectable grounds of the country – in the Economical university named after Plechanov in Moscow. There were more than 500 people in the hall as they wanted to participate in the program and to check their knowledge in literacy. Besides, the process was broadcasted to the other Russian cities and abroad from the hall.
This year “Total dictation” was in the fifteenth and anniversary time. It got a record in many things both having a big number of participants and a number of countries and cities and a number of readers. In this event more than 230 native speakers took part, the dictation was read and written in 75 countries of the world, more than in 1000 cities. The texts were read not only by professional readers and actors as it was in previous years. Many sportsmen, scientists, cultural figures got the honor to read the dictation.
The texts for dictation were written by a Russian writer Gusel Yachina, the laureate of several Russian awards in the field of literature. Her new novel “My children” will come out in Russia in May. Three mini versions “Morning”, “Afternoon” and “Evening” were written by her particularly for the dictation requesting future participants to repeat the rules of using semicolon.

The singer Zara, as she confessed, was very simpathizing to the audience and sometimes even tried to go against rules and to highlight difficult moments with the help of her voice. The singer told later after the dictation was finished that this debut was very pleasant for her, by the way, she realized the importance of this moment.

“I want to thank the organizers of the Total dictation for they are doing to save such a rich and multidimensional Russian language. Due to love to the Russian language, Russian culture, the project unites thousands of people all over the world”, the artist shared with journalists.
