All-Russian lesson “Football without discrimination” was held in all the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ host cities on the International Day of Tolerance (November 16).

Students were waiting for an interactive program, including viewing a thematic film, individual and group assignments, discussions, case solving and much more.

The main goal of these lessons is to create an environment that is free from discrimination at all official events of the World Cup. Honorary guests, professional football players, as well as the 2018 World Cup ambassadors, among them the Russian Football Union anti-racism inspector Aleksey Smertin and singer Zara, performed before the schoolchildren. The official mascot of the 2018 World Cup wolf Zabivaka™ tooke part in the events.
