January, 21st in the Taganka Theatre there was the Annual Award, devoted to Vladimir Vysotsky “Svoya koleya”, which was created in 1997 by the Charitable Foundation of Vladimir Vysotsky, by the Cultural Ministry of the Russian Federation and the cultural Committee in Moscow city. Those ones become the laureates of this award, who get along their beliefs, to whom Vladimir Vysotsky would devote a song, to the people, whose life and art are similar to his poetry themes.
