A famous Russian singer Zara, who is an active philanthropist, told how to deduce fake-ill swindlers. According to her words, it’s necessary to help personally. The main thing is to have a meeting with people, to talk to them, and only after that transferring money on their accounts.

“I’m a public figure, I’ve came across cheaters. So if you know people, go and help them. If somebody ask you for help, have an appointment with these people. I’ve tried to meet some people for many times, but they used to disappear immediately. Even information notes can’t help sometimes. You should meet people and only after that you can look through the notes. If they say, that a person is hospitalized, it means you should call to hospital, ask them, if there is a person you need.”

The singer is sure, that it’s very simple to be involved in charity work. “It’s inside each human soul”. According to Zara’s words, you can help not only in a material way. It’s possible just to visit an orphan’s or a retirement house, to hug a person and to spend time there, reading a book or something else.
