The singer Zara sometimes reminds about her origin to her fans. In the National Unity Day she did it again. In her microblog the artist shared her view, concerning this holiday and its meaning for Russian nation.

Zara wrote that each nation of Russia left its own trace in the history of the country. “It’s so important to remember feats of our nation, showing ourselves, that there is nothing better, than to be united”, she added. The artist called to teach children how to keep the heritage of their nations.

Zara pointed out the importance of ethnic music and underlined the fact she is engaged in its revival. To prove it, she posted the video in Kurdish language with national dances, featuring herself.
